This is a copy of the e-mail I have just send them through their web-site because the phone numbers go to automated voice mail which momentarily hangs up. I will pursue this with my bank and attorney. It is ridiculous that a company can be so bold to debit money from an account with no authorization...
"You have debited my bank account for $30.00 dollars without my authorization. I have not received any loan or services from your company nor have I authorized you to debit any amount. This is a fraudulent withdrawal, and I will report you to my bank as well as to BBB. I would highly suggest that you reverse this withdrawal immediately unless you want my attorney to get involved. Your deadline is Monday, November 7th, 2011 at 7AM central time for this amount to be reversed or I will be visiting my bank, and my attorney in that very order first thing in the morning."
