After about 2 months of careful use of the 75 foot xhose pro the hose exploded on the outlet end. Called the "resolve" number 800-554-5925 and they said they could do nothing as they "could not find my order". I was given the corporate number 800-284-4628 they referred me to the original number. In the loop I was sent. Also I liked it so much that I ordered 2 more hoses that I promptly cancelled. Seems like the ad are a total lie but would like to see them actually back up their products. PS, I am a retired engineer and if they would add a strain relief to keep the hose from sharp bending would go a long way to eliminate this problem.
