Moses Lee Zhen Xiong, NRIC no: S8200XXXH cheated me SGD2000 in the context of investment for delivery van for his pets delivery biz-Little Cuddles. He wrote an agreement stating that I can get 20% profit with this investment.
I went to civil court and spent another SGD550 to sue him. But because he was on the run, the summon was not been able to be served to him. He uses his parent's address in the West which he had left since 18 yrs old. He is born in Jan 1982.
He was partnering his ex-wife and using her address for the business address. I found out this information during the suing process. His wife then tells me that he left her residences in August because he was having an affair outside and had never came back to visit their young son anymore. She also told me that Moses cheated his ex girlfriend SGD60,000 for 4 yrs and had not made any payment despite being sued. He also break government bonds and owe the government money. His wife told me he had been cheating people since he left his house since 18 yrs old. His wife also told me he is also having affair with 4 of their colleagues claiming that his wife had left him. He also spent away SGD10,000 from his wife's bank while she was giving birth in hospital. This person is despicable. His wife had took actions to divorce with him. He is spotted with another young girl.
I paid SGD150 to debt collectors to chase the money from him. They were not able to get him to pay and he run off again to another resident address after less than half a year in a new address which he rents a room, which is illegal in Singapore.
I have made a police report before going to the court and the police here is not able to do anything about this cheating person, they ask me to go to court which is useless.
