IN May of this year I Paid shipping charges to have a sample of Derma Juvenate sent to my home
in Mississauga, did not read anything that said it
had to be cancelled if you did not want another order, well this month July my husband got a
charge of 100, which is actally 89.00 in Canadian
but with the American money it came to 100 I was shocked when on my husbandsVISA There was the charged of 100. and when I Phoned the company threy said that I Owed 200 as I had just recieved
a new box and they told me I Could not send it back.asked for their supervisor and twice they would not find him or her for me, they took my
number and said person would call me back,the box came from a North York address which is in
Toronto,so why could I not send it back, it was
against company policy to accept returns, do not ever take a free item again as it is not free I AM going to write to the Better Business Bureau, the stuff does not work and I Have some small wrinkles , not a lot so you would think it would work, it is crap and does nothing,
