I ordered a jar of Belle Complex that was advertised as 'free' if I paid the shipping and handling. I did this. I waited at least 2 weeks to receive the cream. Then, shortly after receiving the first jar I received a second jar that I did not order. I had no idea the cost. I found on the internet that you have to call 1800-835-0948 between 8 and 5 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number and that they recommend usig a third party delivery confirmation system. The RMA must be displayed on the outside of the package. I just checked my cc statement and they have charged me 79.95 for both jars. This AD is a lie. I was a fool as I should never have bought anything with ED name attached to it.
