I made a call to India from Toronto Pearson International Airport. The call lasted less than 2 minutes, and i was charged CAD 38.29 for the call from my credit card. The BELL COMPANY phone booths do not have any notice regarding call charges and tariff rates posted on them except local call charges that are 25 cents/minute. The amount I am charged is insane and way out of proportion. Where can I complaint about this? Has anyone got their money back?
