I had been with the company for almost two years, the first time I placed a call for my appliance, the company they provided didn't do business with the organiztion. I tried for months to get someone to reach me; at that point, I was frustrated. There customer service is not responsive which to me is important.
By the time they returned a call to me to rectify this matter, I just wanted to cancel. I cancelled in February, filed with the Better Business Bureau who closed the account because the owner said the claim was satisifed, only to contact them today and my credit had not been done.
There are other organizations that do the same thing as Stanley, I would recommend that you research and find a company that will meet all your needs.
