I had been playing the PCH sweepstakes, so when I received a letter in the mail I didn't pay attention to where it came from I assumed the the place were the money was distributed from was different. In the notice it stated that my number on the letter was one of the winning numbers to win two million dollars and to send $12.99 and $ 3.00 to expedite it. so without thinking I did just that
