James Rotterman owner of JRCG Holdings, LLC. Very curious operation, a lot of warning flags. Not to mention the lawsuit against him and company.

Sounds exactly like what jrottermanisacrook has reported. I wonder how many other people have been taken advantage of, I personally know of one. Strange that the company's website happens to be down or "Overhauling their systems" http://www.jrcgholdings.com/ -

- I was a victim of Jim and his credit card processing business. I gave him 100k and thought I was buying a credit card processing business. Jim still will write me back saying he didn't scam me and that he can't discuss because he is in litigation, etc... blah blah.... If I can help in any way let me know, as I would love to get some answers to my unfortunate situation with Mr. Rotterman.

- Same thing happened to my family. 100k also. It's a shame, but got word that he's pleading guilty to the charges this coming Friday, so hopefully he will pay in some regard, even if we never get our money back.
