I received my Free parcel on the 19th June and I rang your office straight to get some information. I had to leave my mane for a call back. I rang again on Saturday, Sunday and while I was in the shower on Monday I received your call but missed it and I called back again, I called again on Tuesday but still no call. I am so confused because I paid $63.50 and I do not know what for. The operator told me so much information and i did not understand what I was getting. Then this letter said return by 28th (only 10 days not sixteen) this will be impossible because I do not know what to do. I am a 78 year old person and I do have my facalties with me so please clear this mess up so I can use my product properly. Thank you Eve
