It took a long time to receive the trial, I had a hard time finding any information on cancelling but eventually emailed the company, I returned a second package at my expense and yet still have not received a full refund.(2 charges of $89.95 plus exchange). I have called and emailed several times and get a run around. Apparently the phone staff cannot access emails sent and so do not have full information. I would never order from this company again.
