I had an unauthorised payment go out of my bank account which I tracked back to this company. After ALOT of hassle I finally got them to send a refund application form which I filled out and promptly sent back via e.mail. loanzoo then emailed me back confirming that the refund was scheduled for the 20th june but could take a few days to clear on my avaliable balance, I am still waiting for this to be paid back and am now being told that customer services dont answer email's anymore and I have to ring a number that coincidently isnt answered, ive tried many times but noone will pick up and it hangs up on you saying no representatives are avaliable and is mostly automated
