I purchased two different items from jewelryboxdirect.com back in August of 2013. One item met and even exceeded all my expectations. The other item arrived broken! I had to contact them to request an RMA - which I did in early September (the day it arrived) and it was picked up from my house within the week. I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this matter! $185.50 may not be a lot to some, but it is to me! This money is owed to me plus interest! I have made numerous phone calls and left numerous messages (because no one ever answers the phone) and sent several emails. While I understand refunds can take up to 10-12 weeks in some cases, but it has been over 10 months and still no resolution! Please help!
