I purchased a plan and a SIM card totaling $70.00. I checked to see if my phone was compatible as suggested by the website and it was. I did not know the phone had to be unlocked whatever that means before the SIM card could work. At any rate I tried for several days and was unsuccessful in obtaining the unlock code and when I called to ask for a refund for the plan, I was informed that they would not give me a refund for a plan I did not and will not be able to use. I'm a parent of 16 year old twin bits and I needed an inexpensive way of being able to communicate with them.
