This scam seems to be operating under a variety of different domain names:
Unlock-Code-Warehouse.com
Unlock-Code-Express.com
Unlock-Code-Republic.com
I found Unlock-Code-Warehouse.com through a Google search, ordered an unlock code for my 4 year old Samsung Galaxy S, received a confirmation from Owen, then a couple of days later an apologetic email reply saying they couldn't calculate the code and would refund me the money promptly. Subsequent reminders to Owen have gone unanswered.
Same story repeated itself with Unlock-Code-Republic.com, although this time around the response came from someone named Max whose email signature contained Unlock-Code-Express.com in it. No code, no refund, no answer.
This is a scam, stay away from these crooks!
