I ordered a free bottle of Lipo G3 which I never received but was charged for, confirmed today it was caught up in customs and returned to the company!
May 05 I did receive a second bottle mail to our post office!
I am thinking it is the first bottle as the company said it had been held up in customs.
Received my credit card statement for this month and was surprised to find out I had been charged for another months supply after I had cancelled my subscription!
I asked for my money back and they said that I did not get back to them in 2 days so I would not receive a refund!
I objected and they said they would give me half back for a product I never received, which they confirmed had been returned???
I called my credit card company and asked them cancel the April 20 payment based on the fact I did not receive the product! Also cancelled my credit card so they can not continue to charge me! This is a total scam and the public needs to be aware! Foolish me I won't get caught this way again. Which is to bad for other legitimate on line business! I am in customer service and theirs stinks!
