My account became active August 18, 2009. Credit Answers LLC has not fulfilled their obligation to me. I have negotiated two of the accounts that I had the funds to pay for. I assumed they would be doing the negotiating but I was told if I felt comfortable doing it myself, to go ahead. I was also of the understanding they would run interference once I started getting calls from my creditors. But I was informed they only get involved with the negotiating. When I started getting call and letters form my creditors, I was told tell them I didn't have the money to settle my account. I don't know how they CA can justify the service fee of $9079.00 for doing nothing. That is enough to settle one of my accounts. The fees are set up on a bank withdrawal which cannot be cancelled through the bank but has to be cancelled from the CA side.

One of my accounts which they were supposed to be negotiating went to court and I now have a judgement against my property .

They have not done anything for me that I could have not done myself in fact I did do it myself.
