Lorelia and Alore skin care

I saw an advert for both lorelia and alore skin care creams on line. The deal offered was a free trial for both creams at a cost of £3.99 postage and packaging each. I applied for both creams separately. When the packages arrived there was no documentation about the creams or any information explaining the terms and conditions of the free trial. I had absolutely no idea that I was entering into a subscription. To reiterate, I received no information from the company (through the advert of through the post) about how to continue the order or how to cancel the creams. To my horror I was charged nearly £90 for each free "trial" cream on top of the cost of postage and packaging. I have since been charged approx £180 for second pots of each cream which I received without requesting them. I have tried to contact the companies - both advertise separately yet send the creams together - but can only reach an automated telephone message for Alore. I would like to send the creams back to the company but don't have an address to do so. I have been totally misled and feel these companies are totally unscrupulous.
