On searching on my Mobil phone just wanted to no how much intrest is charged £100.00 for 1wk till pay day, I was unidated with loan company tex ,emails, and calls all saying ur loan ap is excepted knowing I had not applyed for any then I was sent a text saying your account details ,, please login ,, I couldn't believe the amount of text an emails ,, advising me I have an account or I have been excepted for £400 to £1000. I was never even looking to getting into debt that much,, I wanted to tell the company sending me text to stop and don't put any account ect in my name, t I was advised to follow link on my phone so I could remove this info ,, thinking this was the end of it I went to my bank on Wednesday only to find my account had been cleaned out .. As am on benefit at the moment til I recover I went in my bank they put me in a room with a phone and company number on taking to some one at loan option I was told to login to my account I told this guy I don't have an ac he then told me I do and I need to cancel my membership an request a refund I was horrified that any of this was rite ,, I did what he said then requested my refund ,,was then told I had to wait 24hrs for a reply am still thinking that this is all a mistake they have got me mixed up or put me in the wrong section,, the next day I checked my text had to follow links again ,, then told me to download an print of a form then fill it in and mail it to them ,, I got back on the phone told the person I can't download stuff am on my phone I can't do all this I also told her am now worse off than ever as am overdrawn at the bank cos of the money you took and I have no money to live on ,, she said I had to do what the company advice I told her again I don't have the means to do this an I wanted to speak to a manager after to in an growing she said il see if I can get you a manger to speak to then I was kept waiting and when she finally put me frew it went strate to an answering machine now come on folks there needs to be a governing body to step up and stop this rotten business.. Please
