I called about 3 months ago to imform the company that I am not and I do not know "barry". They were calling almost daily. I told them to stop calling, they agreed. I told the woman that I researched it and the company is a scam.
The nearly daily calls picked up again, same company same case number now from wyoming. I registered on the do not call list. I gave it more than a month. I called today to ask they stop again, the woman said she'd remove my number. I had called their number and given the reference number. I told her how I called with this request before and how its harassing and upsetting to me. When I told her that my dad was dying and every time the phone rang I thought he was dead. She got mad and said something like "dont lay that on me" i said i wasnt but I said something like "that is messed the f up"she started yelling at me how removing my name is a favor and now she wasnt going to do it. I reminded her its her job she said I have to "ask her nicely" with a lot of attitude. I asked to speak with her manager. I told him my request and about how the associate needs to maintain bearing during customer calls. He said I was rude and swearing. I didnt swear once. I told her Iwas "P Oed" at the attoyance of daily calls. I told him that I didnt swear I used letters. He said I am an "ass" he went on to say that I "didnt call customer service". I had him on speaker so my daughter heard it. He continued to harangue me. I repeated that he only needs to remove my number. Im not the person they are trying to reach. Ive told them that. I dont think they will stop. I have thought about changing my number. Theyve called me no less than 26 times. 22 times since I called and asked them to stop on april 28th. I want $100 for each time they called me after I asked them to stop. $1000 for being accused of swearing when I didnt and $5000 for being called an "ass" by the manager when I hadnt been anything but factual with him.
