I placed an online order. My card was charged and 16 days later still no product. On day 5 I went to website only to find out there is no phone number. I clicked on contact us and sent email for an eta on my delivery. No response. For another week I began sending daily emails and responses to my order conformation in my email to see if anyone would respond. NO RESPONSE. On day 16 i contacted my credit card company to ask if a phone number was attached to this company charge. They gave me (323) 710-9867. I called and the number was disconnected. I did everything in my power to contact them and resolve the matter. The credit card company determined this was fraud and returned my money. From now on I will only buy Obagi through Amazon for best prices and legit transaction. Do not use these people!

- Well, I guess its really easy for competitors to post claims against a smaller company that's actually competing in price. Anyone can post a claim like this a give another company a bad name. I have a friend that works for the online site and its not a fraudulent company whatsoever. and by the way the phone number is in bold at the top of their website. 800-704-7580 genius!!

- Another question, why would the person posting not want to put their real name in the post. This could easily be a competitor trying to give their rival a bad name to increase their sales. I order from Obagiclear and actually have a friend who works for them. I have never had a problem with my order or a problem getting them on the phone during business hours!!
