I went online looking for a payday loan from a completely different company/website. I was then redirected to a page saying congratulation you have been accepted. I entered my bank details thinking I was going to be paid the loan.
After that I was then re-directed again to log into the quidfiner website - where there was a list of different loan companies. I closed the window thinking I had yet again landed on another loan company website that searches for loans for you - which is what I didn't want.
The next day I logged on to my online bank and discovered £67.88 had been taken out. I rang bank who told me it was taken out by quidfinder. I had not been told or had given consent at any time for money to be taken out by them.
I have been trying to ring quidfinder since Friday and no answer to phone calls. I have also emailed them and have received no reply.
