I ordered Rivitol for just the shipping and handling I received the product and after a few days called and canceled so as not to receive more and be charged on my debit card. I called on June the 4th and was told that the account would be canceled but they didn't cancel therefore on June the 10 they billed my bank account. The service person told me the shipment went out June 8 - crazy 4 days after I canceled. My call was well within the 20 day cancellation agreement. I called the company and while talking was disconnected 5 times the last time was while I was being given the return number or RME. One person talked to a supervisor that said they would give me 50% back and I told them that was not going to happen. I called back and got a number to return product but I also called my bank and filed a dispute because this company has a reputation of only giving back half or a portion of the money while you don't get the keep the product either way they make money. I find it very difficult to talk to people that do not speak the English language well this causes so many problems for the public. Every company needs to have a person on hand that can communicate with it's buyers.
