I REGISTETED with desktop lightning after receiving an email about this amazing software that would generate a large amount of income. After registering & upgrading to their platinum status I began the process of downloading their software to use it. That's when it became evident that it was a scam. It was not easy to navigate and I could not get anyone to call me for ASSISTSNCE. Then I was led to their help desk where you have to generate a ticket etcetera. Well that was just bunch of crap for their slanderous email video. That's when I decided to cancel immediately within the 7-day trail period and requested a refund. I did get the refund but then then nightmare started.
They have illegally deducted from the credit card used twice now! This was done after the cancellation & refund was completed. First illegal charge was for $57.00 and the second unauthorized charge was today for $56.00! A totally of $113.00 was withdrawn from my bank account after the registration was cancelled. They did not have my permission & did not request permission. One other note of illegal action they conducted After registering there was a written question asking if we wanted our credit card number kept on file and I said NO. So they also illegally retained my credit card information after I said NO!
I want a refund immediately of please advise me on how I can press charges with the authorities. Their actions of continually charging against my credit card after it's been cancelled certainly constitutes theft!
