WTS has been charging my checking for $39.95 each month for the passed 10 months, when my wife didn't read the statement closely.
But I can only recoup the passed 2 months through the bank according to banking regulation now. I believe I was trying to subscribe to some International Web TV service, until I read the $39.95 each month, I stopped the registration process, but I believe they have got my bank account # at that time, and starting to charge me monthly.
