I was told by this company that I needed their products for my computer was slow. They said they were a Microsoft company.I talked to a technician by the name if Virginia Hicks. She told me that my hard drive was corrupted and I needed their $250.00 technician to fix the problems along with their $39.95 program. I saw the errors she showed me and I thought she was for real. I approved the work. The next day I had a message to call again.I was told that the work had been done and I should try to load the internet. I did and it was fast but on Sunday when I tried to access the internet and do work my home group was gone and I could not access anything on the computer. I sent them an email asking for a refund of which they did not reply. I took their programs off and am trying a system restore to see if I can get my computer working. My computer is a $1500.00 computer for work and it still is not working.How do I get my money back and a new computer from them.
