I sent back the face cream product sealed in a red jar, sealed and signed for by someone called Laki, according to the post office. They have received my goods back but I am yet to receive a refund back to my account in the sum of £95.95. They have not even acknowledged me. I cancelled any further transactions, as they took two lots of £95.95, the other jar is on its way back to them when I get a refund.
Still await the refund for the one sent to them recorded delivery.
