Purchased products thru tv commercial and paid $183. This was deducted from my bank account 2 weeks later on Anzac Day 2014. Received products the next week. Tried the dragons blood but decided to return products under the trial agreement. Trying to get these people to answer their phone is a feat in itself as you need a return authorization number. Finally got them to answer but be prepared to put your phone on speaker and listen to music for 15 minutes or more. Then I had to post by registered mail to return $18.28. Did this on 22 May 2014. Checked with post office and a S Harris signed receipt of my parcel on Wednesday 28 May. Called them on Thursday and they wanted the registered post tracking number. I didnt have it on me so called I called them on Friday 30 May with this number and to ask when processing refund. Suddenly they had problem with their system to process payment but was assured she would call me when done. No phone call and no money in my account. Rang them Tuesday 3 June. Usual excuse they had problems with their system but have assured me they've processed now (today) the refund. When I asked which bank they use she responded with Paypal! Ok so I paid them using my debit card from a major bank and they're going thru paypal to do a refund. So lets see how ling this will take or is it just a stalling method? Will keep you posted but will NEVER deal with this company again.
