I purchased a Datejust Rolex replica just before X.mass in 2013 and returned the watch in January 2014 with a broken winder (Crown ). I have sent dozens of emails giving order details and proof of posting to Customer Service as requested.
In spite of reassurances that instructions had been given by their representative ( Jeri ) to forward a replacement I have still not received the watch promised. All I have received in the last six months is hollow thanks for being patient and understanding.
As a pensioner I can't afford this sort of loss but the supplier being out of the country I feel powerless to do anything about redress.
