I was searching around different companies for a loan and stupidly gave my details to this company after they told me they would provide me with different lenders details to contact. I had to pay a £67.74 fee, and none of the lenders they suggested approved me ,. I asked for a refund, was told to write to them and was told I would receive a FULL refund. I only received £30.24 back.i called them and asked them why I'd only received this amount they said that they never give a full refund!? after telling them I was told I would receive a full refund, he simply said sorry and that was it! I'm not happy, clearly I was lied to and am now worse off than I was before I even looked for the loan!
