Ordered two samples of a skin care product on-line: Hydodiance and Belle Complex. Understood by the ad I was going to pay the small shipping charge for each of the samples. Samples came 10 to 20 days from order date. Within a month I started receiving more product, no paperwork included. Then I receive charges to my credit card. Had to become a detective to find there phone number via the internet - when I phoned customer/support they stated that I had 14 days to try the sample and if I did not cancel within the 14 days I was automatically enrolled in a monthly program to receive these products which total $200/month...(totally misleading in my opinion) - I did not receive both samples within the 14 day trial period....I explained this but customer service stated...if I did not receive the product it was my obligation to notify the company to extend the trial period (again - I did not even know I was in a trial period). I phoned the company to explain and have the charges reversed and stop future orders, they would not credit all the product sent only the orders in route that were charged to my credit card but not received.
