I sent Mr. Chadwick a money order in the amount of $23.00 on March 27 2014 for the activation of 6 numbersw he sent to me to play in the Powerball on May 26 2014. I then received an invoice for the $23.00 on May 22 2014 stating that he never received my payment. I then wrote him a letter on May 4 2014 confirming that I sent him my payment and he wrote me again on May 13 2014 with another invoice and does not even acknowledge receiving anything payment or letters form me. This is Bullshit! Jack Smith.
