On January 26, 2014, I ordered the $4.95 trial bottle of Garcinia Cambogia Plus and Greene Coffee Cleanse Ultra. On February 13th, I was billed $79.95 for each x 2. Thinking I was being billed for February shipment and being prebilled for March, I let it ride and paid both - and I received one shipment. I was billed again in March, paid, and received one shipment. In April I was billed, and never received any product. After not losing ONE pound after taking this product as per instructions, I called the phone number to cancel. Now, for some reason I had written this phone number down when I placed the original order because there is NO information on the packing list with a company name or phone number to call, just says it comes from a distribution center. I did since go back and found a number on email I received saying I was billed. Anyway, on May 14th, I called to cancel and spoke to someone named Doug. (If you call and get Doug, ask for a different Customer Care Representative ASAP). Doug told me that I needed to give the product more of a chance, "it takes a while to work" and proceeded to tell me some story about his sister who was an athlete and took the product after she had a baby and how great it was. I told him I still wanted to cancel. He offered me a 15% discount. I declined. He then advised me that he would cancel my order and refund me 30% on my last shipment but I had to call back the next day which would be a new billing period to get my refund. Call me gullible because the next morning I work up and received an email informing me that my next shipment would be arriving and my account had been billed $79.95 for the Garcinia Cambogia AND $79.95 for the Green Coffee Cleanse Ultra. So basically, my buddy Doug told me to call back the next day so I could be ripped off again! And I didn't even get the 30% discount he told me I would. The next day was busy and I didn't get a chance to call. On Saturday May 17th, my husband was paying bills and pointed out that this was on my charge card again, which prompted me to call. I got ahold of a very nice lady named Charity who responded "Oh, good God" when I explained the situation. She put me on hold to speak to her supervisor and came back to tell me she had two options for me. She explained that the $4.95 was only for a trial but they actually sent me a 30 day supply and one of the February billings was actually for the January TRIAL shipment. "This was spelled out in the terms". So...the $4.95 trial basically cost me $84.95 x2 because I had to pay for both products that you need to work together so the fat magically melts away. She told me she could resend my April shipment or she could refund me for the product I didn't receive, but only 40% of what I had already paid. What? The scams of this company just keep coming. As I relay this info to my husband, he tells me that it doesn't matter what they do because while I was on the phone he filed a dispute claim with the credit card company. When Charity heard that, she told me she could no longer speak to me, she would have to wait to hear from our bank. I asked for their website (so I could post about this company so others don't get caught in the scam). She hesitated before giving it to me and then hung up. I went to the website and, of course, there was no place to post reviews, so I found this site instead and saw others going through the same thing I did.
