I ordered in February from Hair Integro. I have not received my order. Nor a reply from half a dozen e-mails on their Contact Us Page. Their parent company Elatus Health's e-mails no longer exist.
I received one e-mail apologising for a change of management about a month ago, and have replied 3 times to this, on the contact page as well as to the [email protected] e-mail. Not one reply.
I feel like I have been ripped off my money. I will be contacting the FTC regarding this & urge others to do the same.
