I had completed an order with Snapdeal (Order ID: 1741952119) on Feb 22, 2014 for three items which included a pack of 56 Pcs Mamy Poko Pants diapers. While two of the items were dispatched and delivered on time, the diapers pack was never sent to me. I received a mail that this order is going to be delayed for 3 days. On March 5, i raised a concern (request number) with Snapdeal customer care that i have not heard about the shipment yet. I had to travel to the USA by end of the month. The response i received on March 06: Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience that has been caused to you due to the late shipping of your product by a couple of days due to high demand from valuable customers such as you. I wrote back for cancellation of this order and for refund of the amount. I did not hear back anything from snapdeal customer care. I received a mail on April 27 that the order is cancelled. At this time i am in the USA, so i made a call to snapdeal customer care to know to which account they are initiating the refund. The knowledgeable staff had no idea, so i wrote a mail to not initiate the refund, and instead give me sdcash credit, because i might have already cancelled the account before my travel. Since then i have written more than 8 mails, made two international calls to customer care, but there is no resolution to my queries. I have one simple question: "If my account is closed, how would they credit the refund to my account". I do not know if someone really reads the mail from me, because most of the times the response from your team seems like an automated response based on certain keywords in my mail.
