Ordered free trial(which I believed to be 30 days) of both Equinox and RVTL and cancelled both at same time at phone #1/800/772/9261. Received cancellation numbers for both products and was told there would be no charges for either. Charge for RVTL shows up on one charge card(I used 2 separate cards for these purchases) and charge for Equinox did not show on the other card. When I called regarding RVTL charge was given run around when I told the person phone the situation. I told them I would not pay the charge repeatedly since I had a cancellation number. They ignored my comments and said I had to pay since I had not cancelled in 14 day period (3/16 to 4/1). The lady I was speaking with then hung up on me. I have contacted my cc company and they can do nothing claiming I did not meet terms of offer unless I can provide copy of original offer. The original offer is no longer shown on the web. The only offer available on the web shows a 14 day cancellation period. Do not buy either of these products unless you very carefully read the terms and policies first. They are a scam.
