Repeatedly tried to get through to this company Skin Physics, the phone just rang on and on with dreadful piped music for anything from 15 to 30 minutes before I had to hang up. I wanted to cancel my order and get Returns Advice Slip to I could return the product. I tried again and again and again over 2 to 3 weeks. My father in law got ill and died which meant I could not tie up our phone endlessly. I finally got through on 12 May after 35 mins only to be told I was too late, they had already deducted the money from my account as the 30 days trial was up. Cute, make it almost impossible to contact them at their Customer Service line, then tell the client they are too late. A scam. I want my money back. A senior person promised to ring me back within 2 days to discuss, didn't happen either. Please help.....Carmen
