Hi my name is france ellen louise ketchell and i would like to put in a complaint about zynga support.On the 21st of april my account in zynga poker got disabled and i have written to them to ask them to reactiivate my account so that i could get back into there to play again.sent them alot of messages asking for them to help me and i have not recieved one email from them.i waited for a whole month for them to get back to me.They have also taken the my chips of the total amount of 511mil which i went and paid real cash with and then they disabled my account from facebook which i found really unfair.so i was wondering if you's could look into it for me as i have been checking my emails everyday of the week for a response from them and i did'nt get any messages back from them to let me know whether or not my account has been reactivated.it would be so greatful if you's could help me.tyvm.tata.
