I shut the computer down; but it only shutdown after two automatic Microsoft updates installed. Rebooted the next morning and found Norton 360 didn't work and it automatically reinstalled. Found that graphics, Skype phone, and UPS drivers were deleted. Couldn't reinstall them. (Checked the downloaded updates on the MS website. MS stated that some drivers wouldn't work after the updates). I contacted MS, and I was diverted to what I thought was a MS tech. Instead, it was Omni-Tech. They didn't identify themselves. After supposedly running many tests, I was told that I had thousands of viruses + lots of Malware. I'm PC experienced, so I knew it was a scam, especially when they wanted $249.99 to fix. I said that I thought they were MS. I said "We're done!" I hung up. Wasted time, but luckily I kept my money. If they respond that they did a proper job, don't believe them. It will be a lie.

  • Our opening chat statement itself confirmed that we are not Microsoft. We are OmniTech Support, an independent global Tech Support organization which has been running successfully with pride and passion more than 12+ years. Our technicians are trained and certified to work on Microsoft products in addition to working on other software, networking, setup, registry and virus issues. Because we are a large top-ten support organization, if he did a Google search for a Microsoft-related issue, our information would appear fairly high-up on the page.

Our process is very transparent and the customer can watch every steps performed by our technician. We use respected & standard remote access tool (LogMeIn) and the remote access is 100% secured. Generally, our technician runs a free diagnosis to get to the root cause of any issue, using a respected third-party diagnosis tool on the customer’s computer to uncover the root of the problem as the initial troubleshooting step. We might have checked the customer’s computer and it showed some system errors, broken registry entries and polymorphic viruses and that scan result was conveyed to the customer. We cannot and would not create a fake scan result. We access the customer’s computer using a well-known and trusted remote 3rd-party access tool called “LogMeIn”. Our process is very transparent.

Our service, price and policy are unmatchable by others and it works out for everyone. We provide quality, affordable technical support (we are a global company), and always try to provide the best services to our customers. That’s why we have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, which tells about our trustworthy service at any point of time.
