I don't ever recall signing up for this service or knowing about this service at all. I haven't used it or received any mail about it. I called to get a refund for my money that is owed to me, but they refused. I insisted on cancelling my subscription, that I didn't know about, but they wouldn't even refund me one month's worth of payment. This is a shady company and it's very unfair that they prey on people in secret like this.
