I ordered a pair of BOG boots hoping I'd have them in time for early fishing. My order was submitted and payment through PayPal was made to them. Like others, when I go to check on the status of my order it shows "processing". I have contacted the company 2 times through their site as well as contacting the person connected with the PayPal account.

I never heard back.
On 4.22.14 I filed a complaint with PayPal requesting that my monies be refunded for product never received.
This is probably the 2nd time in all my shopping history where I've had a problem.
Oh well back to trying to find a good price with another company for my boots
