I received my dress in April 2014 int came in three weeks which was good that was the only good thing about it the jacket was so tight it felt like my circulation ws cut off so I told them they wanted to give me 10.00 to buy a new one then they offered me 20.00 I was ready to give up after trying to communicate for days and days then I really looked at the dress close up. The lace on the back had chunks cut out of it there were pieces missing where pieces should have been it wasn't sewed down around the zipper, and there was no lace there at all I told them I just want my money back. I sew and if I would have this dress I'd be ashamed to wear it it cannot be fixed it's awful they wanted pictures. I sent them three times they can't find them they just have all these excuses they're just playing games I called my credit card company and they have a dispute in progress now. I wouldn't advise anyone to even give these people a chance. They do not stand up to there agreement once they have your money they don't care. How do these kind of people stay in business
