I also was called by this company telling me they worked for Microsoft and showed me some issues with my computer. I was uneasy but didn't want my computer crashing. They told me to go about my business and they would call when they were done. I sat and watched. When I saw them changing my BMO Secure Code, I was furious but could not contact them. I told them I did not want anything going through Western Union, but they went ahead and did it anyway. It was only supposed to be $99.00 US but I received two receipts from Western Union. I tried calling the company back but could not get anyone. I didn't think to call Western Union but not sure if anything could be done the next day or not. I am going to try. I went in and changed all of my secure codes again. I know it was stupid of me, and will be a lesson I will soon not forget.
