As the previous complainant. Indian woman phoned to say my computer had been hacked, knew all the ID numbers etc, asked me to connect via cmd command and then said been hacked all round world by criminals. Also licence was about to expire, handed me on to a supervisor man who explained in detail all these defects and then came the sell to "fix" my computer, at which point i started to balk at giving further details. I refused to carry on and did not agree to anything verbally or by command on the computer. I actually had to shout to stop them pushing any further. I am now unsure what has been put on my computer and if it is safe to do so!!!!
