Stole money from my mastercard account on 21st & 26th March 2014 to the total amount including non-sterling transaction fee of £410.50 they ring you up pretending to be the ' guy who fixed your computer recently' (conicidentally I was also using an internet I T company Globabl Connect Cloud at same time so had regular calls from them during this time period. You get several calls a week that last long time while they claim to be 'servicing or working on your computer' they don't tell you who they work for & that they're actually from a scam company until your bank statement arrives & you get a nasty surprise to read they have taken your money. you don't ever receive an email listing the work they've done for you they leave no audit trail, no contact address or details whatsoever. Give me my money back!
