Hired them to fix and block future hacker access. They failed. Same issue reoccurred in 3 days. They backed up all my files. I requested to retrieve them and download to my PC, they failed, unable to do so. Also, it seemed to me that while I was linked to a tech', that the tech was helping several other people at the same time, there were long details in dialogue and performing tasks. Should be one-on-one. On another occasion I was passed around from tech to tech, took way too long, unnecessary. I have requested a full refund. PS - I hired another company and they fixed it fast and correct.

  • In this instance, the complainer hasn’t revealed any details with which we can use to determine if this person is actually our customer in the first place, or is a competitor trying to cast doubt on us. We invite this person to provide some actual details like, date of supposedly contacting us, the customer ID he/she was given, or his/her email address, so that we can investigate further into this particular case and resolve it, if it is real. On this alleged situation we are unable to comment on anything.
    We do not force anyone to sign up for our services. If the customer’s issue was not fixed then he would have got his money back instantly as per our T&C.
