My complain is that I ordered 12 phones on 03/20/14 and I still haven't receive my order. After I placed my order and paid I was told that would receive my order 3-4 business day. Since I made the payment they have always have excuses on why my order hasn't arrive get. They gave an excuse of been sick, they also told me that I haven't receive my order because of the weather after that they hold my order and never shipped to me. They said that I order 12 and they send me 50. For that reason they are been asking for 3800 u.s dlls more I told them that I don't have that much money right now but if I receive the order I will pay them those extra phones in 2 payments. I have not pay any extra money because it wasn't my mistake it was there's for sending me extra phones in my order. I made a deal with them since it was their mistake I told them that I was going to pay after reviving my order and confirming that is not an scam they were agree with that and I have the e-mails that supports what I'm saying. Every time I get in contact with them they say that tomorrow and tomorrow will receive my order and they are pushing me very hard to pay them almost 5000 us dlls total for something I never order. I agree to pay but I think this is a scam and they are just stealing money from people because they are full of excuse and I haven't receive my order. I had made business before with another suppliers that contacted at Alibaba from China and Hong Kong and I have never have a problem with nobody until I ran thru this people.. I will like to know if you can please help me to get either my order or my money back because is not fair that people is using Alibaba to steal from people. Plus they never sent me an invoice like all of the other companies I have asked them many time for an invoice and they never sent it to me.
