I cancelled the product on 4/23, received a cancellation number, then called for a Return Merchandise Authorization and received a number, then today, 4/25, checked my bank account (debit card used) and there is an $89.95 charge from Lumanelle in progress! Called Customer Service and was told that there's nothing to be done until my tracking number is received and then the refund can be put back into my account. This is an unethical business practice where Lumanelle gets the use of my money for up to 7 days.
