I order a dress and it came in a box and it was the wrong dress. I've been trying to return the dress, but customer service is so bad because you cannot talk to a live person and you do everything thru chat. The dress look lovely on the website, but it is a different story once the dress arrive. Go to the store where you can feel and touch the dress. I will never order from them again. Be aware of cheaters and scammers.
