This company has advertisement that is misleading and they put their conditions in very small print on the Order CONFIRMATION, AFTER the credit/debit card number has been given.
The top of the order confirmation looks like this:

I stopped reading at this point because this is what was in the advertisement. What I found out later, was that they were giving themselves permission to raid my bank account by adding this to the ORDER CONFIRMATION:

This is not discuss BEFORE the order is taken!
AND, I'm being charged for what I HAVE NOT received.

I called the company, the woman I talked to on the phone, who identified herself as "Emma" , never spoke about the shipment, supposedly, on it's way, she said I needed to return the jar I ALREADY PAID FOR, and , they would put my money back in my account! Half immediately and half when they got their product back.
Now, their partner company, Vivexin, is trying to draw money out of my account the same way! $89.95 and a membership autoship!

They cannot be allowed to do this! It has been three weeks and I STILL have NOT gotten a three month supply in the mail. And, I don't think I'm going to. They cannot just KEEP my money.
This tactic is underhanded, sneaky, and, deceitful! And, it's a LIE!
The first I heard about their membership was when $89.95 was taken from my account. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE REJOUVANCE OR VIVEXIN TO TAKE FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT, OTHER THAN THE $4.99 AND $5.99 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING.
REJOUVANCE IS 50ML
VIVEXIN IS 10ML
This couldn't possibly be full size!

I am beside myself! This is wrong all the way around, and,I need help to do something about it.
